I will not lie. The artist I came to Sips and Sounds to see was BETWEEN FRIENDS. There performance was INSANE. The crowd was so excited to see them. I jammed out to favorites like "affection" and "eyes on my baby." There performance was so worth the money.
Another band that I loved there was The Two Lips. This band had amazing energy. I never realized how fun their music was to listen to before I heard it myself. I knew their about two of their songs from TikTok, but everything else they played was enjoyable. They were also a crowd favorite.
Another one of the highlights of my time there was listening to Grouplove. I loved hearing the iconic track "Tounge Tied" live. I also heard the BoJack Horseman theme song was I was not expecting at all. This band was so fun. They played during the night, so the atmosphere was perfect. Their set had lots of beautiful neon lights.
